Refund Policy
We will refund the cost of Gift Certificates for any reason if you return the original certificate before it is redeemed and within 10 days from the date of purchase. If you have purchased, but not yet received your Gift Certificate in the mail, you should call us (540-344-0097) to let us know that you intend to request a refund, and then return the certificate as soon as you receive it. |
